I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Previously I was bought a 2bhk flat in well reputed company in Bangalore I paid around 76 lakhs including the tax and agreement charges. When I was booked it was in under construction and they were committed to handover a flat within a year but it takes almost 6 years to complete the project. And just think what is the interest for the my paid amount I didn't get any single penny as penalty for the delay. But Gruha Kalyan is selling flats for lower price in pre-launch projects. I was quite interested And I have booked a 2 BHK flats in Gruha Kalyan's Lotus project.
