I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
This thread was started in June2015. When original poster was planning to buy from GK for lotus pre-launch. Where they promised that construction will start in 30-40 days.
And they were offering pre-launch at 10 other places - sadaramangala, marathahalli, hsr etc.

You think to judge a developer it takes more than a year? It takes more than a year to start a project? If starting has so many problems for them, finishing will take a century. If at all you get it, only your great-grand child can enjoy the flat!!
