Lotus Parkscape project is in hangs and there is a dispute going on between company owners which does not seems to ending in near soon. Not yet. I have called them few days back and they are expecting to get some resolution by March End. So would be visiting there office after it.. Keep on updating about progress, if any..Not yet. Hi Parag, As per my knowledge, Lotus Parkscape is one of the spacious residential project in Yamuna expressway, by Lotus Greens. This project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1030 sq-ft to 2330sq-ft. All daily basic amenities are available nearby to this project. Builder quoted price is around 3000/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2018 December.

I mailed to the Lotus team on email: Parkscape@lotusgreens.in and get the below reply : Please allow us time until two more weeks, we will then be able to share the details on the progress of the project. Please note that the team is working towards the same.
Same reply I also got Harshit. I confirmed from many places. Same is confirmed by Investor Clinic (Broker in my case). What builder is now doing is that they are forcing broker to convince existing investors to divert there funds to other projects in Sec 150. Which obviously will be a costly exercise as we wont be getting any other project at a rate, when we invested. Both time value of money and project progress have impact on BSP now.. I think we all investors should gathered together and lets plan action against builder...

tHEY ARE REFUNDING MONEY BUT NOT GIVING INTEREST, WHAT CAN BE DONE
Hi Nakul, If projects gets cancelled or hanged we would be losing both 'Time Value of Money' and 'Opportunity Cost'. So agreeing for refunding the amount without any penalty or Interest will definitely be a loss to us. Also recently Real Estate bill got approved in both the Houses and it speaks in favor of customer and put builder equally liable for any delays or cancellation. So don't worry. Lets be patient we all will fight back.

Take back your money the wait will be never ending
Received communication from LotusParkScape. Dispute has been resolved as per customer care. They have started with the planning of construction work along with finalization of contracts and engineering team hiring. Further they assure for site visit near April month-end to check the progress ourselves. So for now things seems to be started again.

Let's all join together to fight for interest . As per new bill builders will have to pay penalty. Today I had visited Builder's Office and as per them If I apply for refund today then mimimum it will take 4 months to refund and they will not pay any interest.
I agree to your point Vishwajeet. Let's make a group and first meet builder with details and ask for immediate solution. Later can drag to court if required. Please share your number to join. Mine is 8800399980. Please don't accept withdrawal offer. It's will always be our loss.
