Dear Mr N. P. Dixit. I also have booked 2X 3 Guntha plots in EV Phase V. The developer promised to register and hand over plots in 30 months but nothing is moving further. It is better we unite and sort it out with the developer. If required we will seek indulgence of the police and the judiciary. We have invested our hard earned money and the developer is enjoying at our cost. Thanks. Ram Patil, Pune.
We are also facing same problem, I dont know how to get resolved this issue. I think we have to take action against developer by filing case. Please contact me - 8983465244 Ravindra G
