Unishire project review
Q: I met with Unishire sales person and he is mentioning that their apartments are green building and they have gold rating. They sat that this will reduce maintenance costs. Is it true? Sales people have marketing talk but I need to know if it is possible.

I have bought and apartment with Unishire Weave and they have a consultant for this on board with complete details on what they have done and how it will save money. As per my last knowledge, we can save around 12000 bucks a year or maybe more.
