I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Two months back I had cancelled my booking and asked them to return my money. They asked me some time and finally last week they given me cheque. Today it was cleared and I am very happy for that. This thread was started in June2015. When original poster was planning to buy from GK for lotus pre-launch. Where they promised that construction will start in 30-40 days.
And they were offering pre-launch at 10 other places - sadaramangala, marathahalli, hsr etc.
It is almost 10 months since that now. Has GK started construction in ANY location at all?
We can't judge any company in less than 1 year. Because some time for taking permissions only it will take nearly one year. So we has to wait for some time to take a decision.
