I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I have booked a flat in Gruha Kalyan's Lavender project. The interaction and their customer service are very informative and they guide customer to take good decisions. The Lavender project is very splendid and located near Hebbal. I hope their construction quality also will be the best like their customer service.
Hello Munich, I have also booked the flat in the same project. I bought flat here only because of the locality and the best affordability price. I don't have knowledge in the real estate and construction sector but they explained very clearly about the offer and how it benefit and the way they are responding to us is very nice, but I expect my flat keys little soon..
