I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I have booked a flat in Gruha Kalyan's Lavender project. The interaction and their customer service are very informative and they guide customer to take good decisions. The Lavender project is very splendid and located near Hebbal. I hope their construction quality also will be the best like their customer service.
The location and price are very good in Lavender project. But they are not giving clear information when it is going to start. But I hope it will happens soon.
