I am planning to move to my new home before june or julai. for better resale value the construction quality is important. Quality building won't have any major problems for 20 -25 years or more. the resale value changes depending on the construction work quality to locality about 10%, 9-10 years from today. Classy and high-quality interiors cost more now.
