Q: Adarsh developers are a well-known brand name and so they were part of our first list of properties. We looked at different properties like prestige, poorvankara and found that Adarsh was the best fit for our needs. It was situated in a good locality with good amenities and easy connection with my kid’s school and my office. The best part of it is the architecture which gives me the feel of home and also environmentally friendly.

Hi Nagesh, I have booked my property long before the proposed year of completion was 2015 December but as per my suggestion they are doing some extra interior works. I am planning to move to my new home before june or julai. for better resale value the construction quality is important. Quality building won't have any major problems for 20 -25 years or more. the resale value changes depending on the construction work quality to locality about 10%, 9-10 years from today. Classy and high-quality interiors cost more now.
