7,600 sq.feet plot sale or joint venture in Thubarahalli?
Q: I have 7,600 sq.feet plot in Thubarahalli near big apartment societies and there are more coming up as I write this. A builder recently approached me for a joint venture where he will give me 30 lakhs as good will and 4 flats after building the society. My plot has direct access to the road. Is it a good deal or am I better of doing something with that plot on my own?
