Hi All, I am one of the allottee in KHB diamond and also occupied. Construction of Apartment is pathetic. Walls are not plastered with cement instead they have constructed only with sand. You will come to notice only when you do wood work. As stated by many people in this forum, we are suffering without water and no cleaning, We are suffering!! We are suffering!! We are suffering!! KHB people will collect money for maintenance in advance before registration of your flat. KHB flat Registration is like a launching Rocket. You need to wait for a year or pay bribe of minimum of 1 lakh. After all these hurdles, You will be tortured & harassed by BDS builders (mumbai based construction company) and they sometimes are very good in using foul language against flat owners. Worst case is they sneak into your flat and behave badly with women who are alone. I have registered FIR in Kengeri Police Station for misbehavior by BDS builders here.
