Hi, Even am planning to book an apartment with canopy classic. Please can any one provide us honest feedback. Would really appreciate it. I have seen their two other projects near classic ie., The canopy and Canopy citadel and they looked good. But have heard quite a lot about their monarch and they seem to say monarch was given back to some other buider. Please provide us some inputs. You can mail me at ravidba.am@gmail.com,
Classic was launched in 2007. Trying to get the BBMP approval from last 6 years and i guess got it in may 2012.
They sold the project with 9 floors, but BBMP only approved 7, still they sold it to people..I started talking to them around nov-2011 that time they said possession will be in Jan 2014, i was able to neg 1420sq. ft with ~49.5 Incl all money (registry, all tax, maintenance, etc) but later backed out after doing much research in feb 2012. Its Sept now, Construction is not yet started..I don't know when they are planning to complete it.
Hi Mr Sidhu i know Canopy Group and take updates on almost daily basis you posted in 2012 saying it was launched 5 years back?? please recheck the information correctly..i got my queries addressed by Canopy Group..i suggest you do that too ..
but this project launched in 2007...5 ys for approvals.
