I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

Hi everyone, I had booked a 3BHK flat in their Erica project last week. They provided me all the documents, A did verification in the presence of my advocate. He suggested me there is nothing to worry and told me go ahead.
