I got the same old reply from the builder's office "will get the IOD within 2 months". They have been telling this for the past 1 1/2 year or so. In fact when I had contacted Property Tiger, they informed me that they have blacklisted this builder since they have been delaying all their projects due to various reasons. I wonder what the actual fact is.
