Conversion of land without "No Objection Certificate” from the landowners of the adjacent plots of land
Q: I have purchase a agriculture land in Murshidabad. I want to convert it from agriculture to commercial land. Land department told me to submit NOC from adjacent land owner but they don't agree to give NOC. Is this any other way to convert land without that NOC?

As I have mention in question "No objection certificate" from the landowners of the adjacent land not getting.
