I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Ya they are dealing with many projects and having good relationship with many developers. They came into market with a new strategy to get more sales and profits.
