I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
hi, 3 months back this gruha kalyan people showed me one land near hebbal where one of their project is coming. Today they are showing me different land near hebbal. Impossible to trust. be careful guys.

People please dont book , buy or wish so about any property from these people. If you check the history of squarefoot properties, Dreamz infra, dreams GK and the latest online platform sendmygift.com you will have a fair idea on how these people operate. All the above are owned and managed by the same individuals. Just read the reviews and be enlightened. The good reviews with such bad english are posted by the employees of these firms. They have people just to do that. Once your money is in their hands , they will just bend you over and kick you. Ordinary people who fall for their cheap offers are not influential enough to get money back from them. They will pity you, threaten you and make fun of you. Please Beware

Ya, it's really difficult to get a flat in JP Nagar but Gruaha Kalyan selling a flats for affordable price. It's really appreciable and I'm very happy and proud to be a customer of Gruha Kalyan
