I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Of-course they are trustworthy and they are great innovators too in the Bengaluru Realty market. I have booked a flat in Orchid project. And I think all of you aware about JP Nagar, it is one of the prime locations in Bengaluru where celebrities and politicians are living in such locality Gruha Kalyan is selling flat for affordable price. that's many competitors are posting negative reviews.
Has this project started? I had visited the JP nagar (all 3 locations) site and they said, construction will start from november or december 2015?? where are they now???
