I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

hi Bala, thank you for the heads up and today i went for a site visit for the above project and there was a gentleman who told me not to believe them since he is the owner of the land and it is under litigation .Now connecting what you have posted plus what i have heard from the gentleman during the site visit. i am sure not gonna entertain GK anymore..
