It's current price will be Rs.12500/sq-ft. This residential developments consists 10 units in single building. This project is under construction and ready-to-move by July-2017.
This project has all the required approvals from KMC and almost all the leading banks are funding this project.

Yes, the construction works has started and they got the IOD and Commencement Certificate for that. The expected that of possession will be December'2020.
Its a KMC approved project and almost all the banks and financial institutions have approved this project.
