Hello friends!!1 I need your advice. My Father has applied the shapoorji palonji shukhobristi phase 5 "Spandan" & flat has been allotted. But the problem is that his monthly income is not sufficient to pay the installment and the next installment is on 24th June 2016. Can i Take a home loan on behalf of my father. My salary is 8 times more than him. Can i eligible for home loan?
Dear Malay.... I think the only way its possible, you take a personal loan and then lend to your father so he can pay the same. Ideally you cannot take a home loan as the property agreement in on fathers name. The developer also will not change the name as your salary doesnt qualify under LIG and combined income = family income so it will be an issue there.

Atri Green Enclave is a ongoing project by Atri Group and construction work is in full pace. As per the developer, its possession date will be March'2018. Hi Tapas, Is the locality good for family living? How is the project location and its connectivity to the other parts of the Kolkata City? How far is daily basic amenities from the project site? How is the transport system in the locality?

A number of private and state buses ply through here. The closest railway stations to Sonarpur are Sonarpur (4.4 kms) and Subhashgram (4.4 kms). The and Railway Stations are 26.5 and 20.8 kms respectively from the neighbourhood. The Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport is 32.2 kms away and can be reached through the Road. Its sizes are available from 785 - 835 sq.ft in 2BHK and its price will be Rs.19.23L - 20.45L onward while for 3BHK from 1060 - 1110 sq.ft will cost you Rs.25.97L - 27.19L onward. Its current price quoted by the developer is Rs.2450/sq-ft. There are 62 units (32 units of 2BHK and 30 units of 3BHK) are going to develop under this project in 2-towers. Well Sudip, As i have discussed with their sales person and as per him, Atri Green Enclave is a KMDA approved project and HDFC, SBI, Canara Bank etc have approved it for housing loan.
