Well Ishwar, Yes, the project has been launched. Price for Covered Car Parking Rs 2.5 lac. Car parking is mandatory for 3 BHK only. Optional for 1 and 2 BHK. There will be no servant quarter in it. And application money will be Rs.50000.

Thanks for the information Dipen.... What will be its booking amount and how much they are charging for open and covered car parking? What will be the process of payment for Atri Green Valley Phase-2?
@Hari.... Booking amount for Atri Green Valley Ph-2 will be Rs.100000 + Service Tax while car parking is optional, and price for open car parking will be Rs.2.5L and for open car parking, it will be Rs.1.5L. Process of payment for phase-2:- On Agreement (adjusting booking amount)-20% + S. Tax, On Completion of Foundation:- 10% + S.Tax, On completion of 2nd floor slab casting:- 15% + S.Tax, On completion of 4th floor slab casting:- 15% + S.Tax, On completion of Brick Work:- 10% + S.Tax, On completion of Plastering of said unit (1st to 4th floor):- 10% + S.Tax, On completion of flooring of the said unit (1st to 4th floor):- 10% + S.Tax, On Possession of the said unit:- 10% + S.Tax

Hi friends! I am planning to book a 2BHK flat in Atri Green Valley, Rajpur Sonarpur, Kolkata. What are the other charges i have to pay apart from BSP and car parking charges? Any idea?? When will be the possession date of Phase-2?
Hi Gopi!! I am glad that you have chosen a good project as well as good locality for your future home. Extra charges for Phase-2:- 1) Legal Fees : Rs 12000 (50% on agreement and 50% on conveyance), 2) Maintenance Charges : Rs 2/sq-ft. per month for 12 months/24 months, Facilities & Amenities Charges : Rs 25/sq-ft, Generator Charges : Rs 60/sq-ft (on completion of 4th floor slab casting), Webseb Charges : Rs 60/sq-ft. (on completion of 4th floor slab casting), Sinking Fund : Rs 25/sq-ft, Nomination Charges for Phase II : Rs.50/sq-ft. Possession date for Atri Green Valley Ph-2 will be December' 2018.

Well Gopi, As i know, Atri Green Valley is a KMDA approved project and HDFC, Lic Housing Fin, SBI, Tata Capital , IDBI, ICICI and Axis Banks are offering loan for this project. As far as water and electricity is concerned, deep boring water is available and electricity is supply by WBSEB.
