Have you booked a flat in Uptown Kandivali. How trustworthy K hemani builder is ? please throw a light on status of CC
Q: I am worried, since past 6 months CC is stuck. How trustworthy this builder is ? what exactly seems the problem?

Hi, I am in New Zealand and also booked a Flat in Uptown . Every time I called the Office and asked about the Progress in CC ( Compliance Certificate) they said it would be cleared very soon by the authorities.The delay was due to the change of Officials in the Sanctioning Authorities.I don't know what is the inside story. Hi, could we jointly complain against the Builder "K Hemani" to RERA Authorities ? It is clearly mentioned if Builders don't comply with the Agreement and can't complete the Construction within the stated period , they are liable to the punishment .Is it only Rule to fool the poor people like us ? .......Gopal Koli

Unfortunately I didn't hear anything about progress in CC Certificate. Please let me know if you receive any news. Thanks.
