This is really a very bad project. Possession of the flats had to be given in Sept 2014 but it is delayed too much.

My comments to replies
I think you people should move to the consumer court and file a case against the builder for inefficiency of service and ask for the compensation with interest. Better, if you expand some more amount and take the advice of a legal expert.
Is there is any possibility to join the group of owners to claim the refund of our investment along with interest.
