did any one bought flat in royal wings?

Venkat Wings Royal is a completed project by Venkat Estates Private Limited. The project is around 5 kms from Manyata Tech Park and it is surrounded by many reputed educational institutions and hospitals like Vidyashilp, Mallya International, Green Country public, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ryan International, Delhi Public school, Seshadripuram college and Columbia Asia Hospital, Baptist Hospital.
The project is not complete as yet. The builder has backed off from many amenities that he has assured in the agreement. The DG is not in place, the lifts are not still operational, the clubhouse is nowhere visible. The attitude of the builder is so callous it's impossible to negotiate. This is to be taken as a warning. It's felt he may vanish without installing many of these as his reply to many of the problems in the scheme is that he has run out of money.,apparently he has constructed more apartments than he has the approval for. So he may not get an OC even.
