I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Please dont buy from this Builder. Today i had a worst experience while i went for Site visit for Begur road project - Iris. I was hit by some gundas telling that that it was their property and Gruha Kalyan is cheating since it is not registered under thier name. Already few people who paid Lacs of rupee s in advance got cheated by this Builder. When I went back and asked them regarding this issue they were so irresponsible and so rude that they started rasing thier voice and asked to leave...... worst experience ever .....please dont waste your hard earned money.......Please dont buy from this Builder.
