Q: Good that I backed off in the last minute. Below are my Observations 1) Only positive thing is that this project is about 1 KM from ORR. Amenities are big Joke better not count them as amenities. 2) Size of the apartments are really bizzare. Why would anyone buy an 2BHK apartment with 1540 SqFt for 64L( It will be 70L including registration and wood work). I am surprised that all of them are sold by now. I assume people liked this configuration. :) 3) Finishing of the project is poor. see cracks on every wall. It didn't took more time to confirm Vandana is a low Grade builder. These flats will not have long term appreciation because of poor quality. After 10 years apartment situation is terrible. 4) For amenities they are constructing above Block C and D. But they are using Iron beams to construct the amenities. Which means either they don't have permission or not bothered about quality. 5) Till now it's not ready for occupation. Because the construction is taking forever almost 50 families have already moved. 6) I came to know that they are collecting VAT & Service Tax of 6L even though they say it's already completed. Not sure how people are still buying. 7) As per the supervisors all works will be completed by Dec'2016. Got shocked after hearing this but this what we can expect from a B grade builder.

Latest Answer: Thank Kiran for sharing your inputs. I have read negative comments about the project in many other threads as well.
