I have two flats in this project and as per discussion with builder, possession is expected by December 2016. I have also seen and compared the carpet area and super area which is quite satisfying, unlike Gaurs and other builder where on 1400sq ft super area actual carpet area is only 880 sq ft. Trident is quite spacious in that respect as the partners in this project were individual builders hence they kept in mind the use of maximum space with maximum carpet area.
