I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Gruha Kalyan is not a genuine builder.
I have booked a flat in carnation project in december 2015 and yet not received the MOU.
Also, they told that the project will start in 1st week of february 2016 and yet not started in May 2016. Their MOU with the T.Sudharkar was expired on 30th April 2016 and yet they are not providing any details of the contract.
CRM's are changing in every 15-20 days. No one is providing the proper information.
