Q: Hi, I have a plot in kalwad just in front of upcoming Brahma Sky city. behind Masjid road. can anybody tell me current per sq.ft rate of the property there.

Hi Girish, Current property rates in Dhanori, Pune is Rs.1500-3000 sq-ft., depends on the localities and the amenities provided by the developer in the project. If it is a road side property then the price will be 3000/sq-ft onward and if it is inside the locality, the the price will be Rs.1500 on wards.
Thanks Vinay. Actually i am still thinking whether to construct there or sell it. My plot is adjacent to future 60 ft dp road. The road which leads to brahma sky city.. if that road got constructed my plot will be the corner plot. But dnt knw by when the road will be laid. Do u have any idea about its development ??
