Gruha Kalyan - are they reliable and trustworthy?
Q: I am looking to buy property from them. They are offering really low/cheap prices. From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves. Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

It's a total fraud company, never ever try to invest your hardened earned money in there projects. If you want to cancel your booking then please carry your photo id, booking form, mou n other documents if any otherwise you have to come again with these documents. They will force you to leave the date but you must mention the date. The check which they issue that is not for nothing. It's just a formality. If you try to credit that check it will be surely bounced. You should lodge a complaint in consumer court. No need to go to any advocate and no need to spend a single penny. As a fine company has to pay you the double of booking amount and 1 year imprisonment or both. i can see there is hell lots of communication going on here. But don't see anyone fighting for it. Guys please lets be serious do you have any idea how many crores of money these assholes are making interest from. Listen please create a group and lets go to there office and blast the building. Chatting here will not work. Don't use this as a Facebook page. I have done all the possibilities to get the money from them. They have talking all my hard earned money, everything that i have done till date. I was so depressed that i even thought of suiciding. But no i am not doing that. I am gonna kill this mother fuckers before i kill myself. I even approached Police but all in vain. These guys call me often and try to threaten me and i do the same to them. I have a friend who works for Bangalore mirror and TV9 Kannada. I told them the story of Gruhakalyan. They are ready to take the story. So guys please listen carefully. I have decided to sit in front of the gruhakalyans office.

Hi, I'm Tharunraj,Last Saturday I visited Gruha Kalyan office regarding site visit, After some time later sales executive guided me to visit site at JP Nagar. I ask few queries him, he tells clearly. But I am not satisfied with him. After I return to office and take discuss with ASM they showed documents and approval of this project, it is all clear. I pay 2lakh Booking amount, they give me 10% offering.

Thanks a lot to Gruha Kalyan team for returning my money. Due to my personal problem, i had cancelled my booking from GruhaKalyan JP Nagar Orchid Project. As Per their company terms & condition they told me to return my money within two months, later i spoke to their sales person who is taken my booking and their buisness head and informed about my problem. With immediate effect they returned the money. Happy and appreciate you people to understand the problem and my situation.

Why so much things, before investing any money we need to verify and check all the documents carefully. Even I also booked a flat with them in Lotus project which is located at whitefield in jan 2016. I checked the documents with my lawyer. I saw some approval is done and some approval are pending. I told them clearly after all the approval only i will book the flat else i want to return back my booking amount 1Lakh. As per our discussion they given me one post dated cheque. As they promised me i got my cheque cleared. So i don't have any objection with them.
can you tell me which bank cheque it is cleared and post the details of cheque when and where

Hi, yes you are right they do marketing for many developers and now they are coming up with a project called "Lotus". They are planning to launch the project within 2 months. About reliability it is very difficult to say now a days. I would suggest you that if you are planning to book a property in this project check all the documents carefully.

Everything is good at Gruha kalyan. They are refunding money properly and with in time. But how these many reviews are here regarding refunding only? I have good experience with Gruha Kalyan.
Gruha kalyan is having 3 offices in HSR layout 1.Booking office ....where they treat you as a guest till you pay booking money. 2.Cancellation office....Once people come to know about gruhakalyan they will come for cancelation .Then they will send to this office.There drama starts and they will provide you one PDC it will dated 3 months from cancelation usually HDFC bank cheque which will bounce. 3.Settelment office....here money will be refunded for cheque bounce cases on the dates which they committed when u call and say my cheque bounced after lot of struggle you will get money in instalments. But be carefull before going to this office nearly 10 to 15 members will be their to handle u.

You should be strong enough to fight with these fellows to get back money.Take help of all government dept and influences wfrom local leaders who are against gruha Kalyan. Gruha Kalyan is having excellent projects all around Bangalore. Thy are offering very much less prices. But the only thing with this , some delay will happens. Other than that everything is good. Of course, there will be a delay in every real estate builder and even though if under construction projects also get delayed. in my point of view Gruha Kalyan is best for the affordable homes. I have brought a 2BHK flat in the Lotus project, it's land documents and agreements are very clear. And at the same locality other builders are selling 2 BHK flat for more than a double than the Gruha Kalyan's price.

Gruha Kalyan is best at selling flats at very low price, I didn't seen such price range in other builders. And it's project locations also very nice. That's the reason I have paid initial amount as a booking amount, once I got verifying the documents I will pay remaining.
Gruhakalyan is best in advertising flats at low price. You cant see such builders anywhere in bengaluru. Locations are always nice then only customers will be attracted. Your booking amount is enough for them to run their business. You could have verified documents before paying booking amount but they might have told u that u will get compleet set of document along with aggrement because now copy / xerox is not available .

Gruha Kalyan has got a good projects in good locations.The major thing which I was impressed is the cost of flats is very low when compared to the market prices.I am also inquired about these company with my neighbors and I got a positive response about these company.Now I am going to book the flat in these company.
Good projects good location low price is the way to attract middle class people. Don't ask neighbors about Gruhakalyan projects. Ask Gruhakalyan to show original documents of lands and latest EC of property on which they are going to build ur dream flat. Builders or developer or company never gives negative response about projects. Before booking and experiencing you cant say everything is ok with Gruhakalyan. Usually when people go through reviews when they get into problems and post their comments to save others. Some people post positive comments to when they are happy and got their flats. But your something different without booking,cancelling,occupying flat posting positive reviews.What is your moto or ur from Gruhakalyan.

Yes they are trust worthy and realible. I brought a flat in Gruha Kalyan Lotus project. It's Land documents and its MOU which is given to us is very genuine. Gruha Kalyan team invited us to bhumi Pooja of Lotus project, . Till now I'm happy and satisfied with Gruha Kalyan service I’m waiting for my flat.

After a long struggle in this forum, I got my money back from gruha kalyan, it took almost three months to clear my post dated cheques. Anyway atleast finally by the end of 3rd month I got my hard earned money.

This is a kind of saturday and sunday business, they collect all the Flat Advances like 1 lakh and 2 lakh on fake or showing some sites and collect advances. When you know this go back to collect refund, they will pay you to satisfy at that moment and bounce the cheque later. Dont believe it is a cheating business. All the collected money from public will some be invested in buying lands, masti and parties. Caution bangalore new entrants do not go to these cheaters. All your salary that you saved for your housing will be gone into the hands of cheaters. These guys are cheating public with different names of business, different schemes, this company even bribes police, media to get under their control, so eventually public are fooled between the company and police or media.

I had visited many of Gruha Kalyan project sites in many location. In all among them Lavender project is located in best place. And the floor plan also very nice. So I had booked a flat there.
have you seen the any construction activities at site or from the distance sitting inside the car they have shown you sir this land we are going to build this project. and they might have told you sir within in next week land registration will be over that why we are in need of money to pay to land lord urgently that's why we are offering at you very lowest cost

Hi, guys I am stephen, I booked a flat in Gruha Kalyan Carnation project at Bannerghatta Road. I pay one lakh booking amount last week, within 10 days I pay down-payment, for my flat. Really Gruha Kalyan is reliable in real estate Market.

Can you tell the sale deed document number of carnation project land and when it is registered on gruha kalyan name. within in 10 days how you can say gruha kalyan is reliable please before you post think twice because your post it self is not reliable.

Gruha Kalyan is really best in real estate Market. Yesterday I visit the office sales people explain few projects and I verified documents are cleared, finally I discuss with my wife both are take decision to book flat in Lotus Project.
Fantastic ya before booking it self you are appreciating gruha kalyan . which are all the documents they provided you ya.please post some sale deed numbers of land which are in gruha kalyan name.

I bought a one flat from Gruha Kalyan Aster at ITPL. The main reason to buy these flat is the cost is suited to my budget.I like every project in these company because they are all in well developed areas.I am quite happy with the Gruha kalyan company.
Why people are putting reviews here. Do you think they do not have any other work. They want to save your money. They have suffered for years. I am the customer of Gruha Kalyan and I have done a considerable research on these company .I have booked a flat in Rose at Marathahalli.It is the best location and so finally I decided to book the flat in these area.
Before booking how will you become customer ? Research is not required only verification of land records and approvals from authorities are enough to decide. I think ur confused while writing. u told once i booked a flat next line ur saying i am going to book a flat. May be you have been forced write here. No problem all the best.
