Proplarity Bizlife
Q: This project is located at Noida, sector 62. Location wise, it's the best, no doubt. But I am still in confusion, whether or not to invest there, coz the builder is not that old, and on site(I visited a few days before) construction is not yet started, just they have dug the hole in the land, so it's just the beginning. Please suggest what I should do. I want to invest to earn good rental, and appreciation.

Please guys beware of this fraud builder. I have invested 24 lacs around 3 years before. Still there no site plan approve. no construction starded. The sales man doing only fake promises.
