Q: I have booked flat with Sai Sadguru Builder undertaking Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Sadguru Angan - Chiple project) in the year 2015 (February), but still they are waiting for approval ...(God knows when it will be done).i went to office many times (Mentally exhausted) , also Mr. Dyaneshwar Sharma no picks phone. I try to collect the information from office & found MD, Mahendra Pawankumar Sing arrested by police & he is under custody i am trying to collect updated information but office staff also not aware. After checking i found they (Sai Sadguru Builder undertaking Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.) have NOT got any approval from CIDCO for Chiple project. Investors in Sai Sadguru angan – Chiple project (Sai Sadguru Builder undertaking Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.)
