I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

Hi I am Vinod 09448438177. I am informed by one of my friends in a whatsApp msg that Gruha Kalyan is giving Pre launch offer @ 1400/ Sq ft. for their Project LAVENDER and the offer closes by 26th May.They are yet to commence work. They have obtained necessary clearance and sanctions from various Departments. Completion of the project expected in 1.5-2 years. 2BHK- 14L and 3BHK-18L pre launch offer, if paid in ONE LUMPSUM. After going through all these horrid experiences, pl suggeat whether it will be a wise/safe step? Promoters say that all these negative remarks are the handiwork of business compitators/ rivals. Is it true? My calculations tell me that even after taking prorata land value and cost of construction@ tioday's rates, the quoted rate is very fancy and lesser by around 30-40%. Can this be possible? Please add me in the WhatsApp group and keep me posted of the present things, as I am intending to buy one Flat, if their statements are true.
