I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi all I too foolishly booked a flat in gruha kalyan for 50k. The next day I want and cancelled it. They took my cancellation form and told me that they'll need more 7 days to process it after which they'll give me the cheque for booking amount. does anyone know what can be done legally if the money is not paid back within 75 days, can the customers be protected if something goes wrong, is there a way, does anyone know?? but for that they need to give me a post dated cheque, I am worried that even the post dated cheque will not reach me, what can I do if they refuse to give me the post dated cheque
