Q:
I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi all I too foolishly booked a flat in gruha kalyan for 50k. The next day I want and cancelled it. They took my cancellation form and told me that they'll need more 7 days to process it after which they'll give me the cheque for booking amount. A question to anyone who have delt with them., have you received your money back after 75 days. Very very much worried....
They provided the cheque it was bounced twice and i have checked with them. They told me to issue DD instead of cheque but no one is responding now. I'm worrying about my money paid 1L rupees.
