Dear All
I am also a buyer in Sunworld Project Vandita and victim of fraud of errant developer. I have actually sent them a legal notice in Nov-16 which they have not even responded. Now per my lawyer suggestion we can put up a case in NCDRC but he also suggested the it is always better to go as group rather than as individual buyer hence I appeal to all the buyers who are stuck with this developer and want to get the money back, not only the money paid we should also get the interest for that period and compensation for all the harassment we went through.
