Q: Hello Sir and Madam I have paid FULL amt to the builders,received sales agreement and got possession July 2015 new house apartment.(Bangalore Ecity) In the meanwhile one buyer is ready to purchase my new house. I have not registered (appr Rs2L) my new house apartment in my name. (1 ) Can I sell our new house to another buyer without Registration the house in my name? (2) How long can I postpone my registration in my name? (I MUST sell this new house within Dec2017) Please clarify my doubts Thank you regards Gandhi Bangalore

Latest Answer: Hey Gandhi, As per my knowledge, You cannot sell a property without registration. Registration of Property is mandatory to prevent fraud or future litigation.
