is it possible to get home loan for building a house on a non-NA (non agricultureal land) plot?
Q: plot has got approval from NIT(nagpur improvement trust) and acccording to new city servey it is considered in the metro region.

We 6 friends purchased plot, trying to build apartment on that plot.
