I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
please dont invest on Gruha Kalyan, they are one of big faker and fraud. I asked for a approval of property in hebbal area in Jan 16, they said they will get the approval in one and half month it is in process. again I asked the same question on mar 2016 and again I got the same response. to check it again recently I gave a call and I got the same responce. They are cheaters. with low budget they are taking customer money and investing in other propeties and making profit. DO NOT TRUST GRUHA KALYAN and SAVE YOUR SELF and YOUR HARD EARN MONEY.
Hello Deepak, It's a good builder in Bangalore market. No other company is offering such a low price. they are handling many projects. Constuction may be late due to some approval. So we have to wait for some time befor come to an end. So review your decision.
