I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I am a customer of Gruha kalyan mainly because of their prices and the location of the project. I booked a 2 BHK flat in Gruha kalyan Fern at Nagavara which is near Manyata Tech Park where I work.
