Builder has given a swimming pool, which is under violation, STP under BBMP notice as it encroached Rajakaluve, Basement which violate Pollution control board. Builder seem to set every item in Apartment as temporary. Eg: recently opened a 10*10 play room which has to serve 1000 residents! There is no end to list of violations.
