Q: I am planning to buy a 3 BHK apartment around 1900 sq ft ... can any one tell me what is the current state of the project? IS the builder giving all the things as they have promised?

I had a long discussion with sales, and residents to make an assessment before purchase. Building does not have OC/Khata . Builder has given a swimming pool, which is under violation, STP under BBMP notice as it encroached Rajakaluve, Basement which violate Pollution control board. Builder seem to set every item in Apartment as temporary. Eg: recently opened a 10*10 play room which has to serve 1000 residents! There is no end to list of violations.
