Need information about TG developers
Q: HI, I am buying a flat from TG developers and project name is Aspire. Need to know How TG developers are?? reviews ?? do they provide the good service ?? Also request all to share any sort of experience you had with TG developers ?? how do people rate them.

My comments to replies
Fraud builder. They have a project called Lakevista near Begur where he has partnered with some landowner. These guys have a land dispute with another builder who has a project just next to Lakevista. In order to extract money from the other builder these guys have blocked the entire access road to the area which affects Lakevista residents as well.
Hello Mr. Rakesh. We'd like to inform you that T.G.Lakevista is a completed and sold out project where Occupancy Certificate has already been receieved. So there is no dispute with any of the landlords. About the road access, it has been tarred by Govt officials itself, so there is no point in us blocking it. Lakevista has multiple road connectivity. Its 1.5 kms from Manipal road, 2.5kms from subhashnagar and 2 kms from begur main road. So no resident has any issues regarding it. same here... TGS is a big time fraud company.. they do not have proper documents... and you will be struggling to get your booking amount back.

Don't buy from t g developer big thieves... all the above comments are from prob. the builders own ppl.. please approach the owners of flat in the so called completed projects for the reality...
Hello Ms. Anjali, The so called completed projects have names, T.G. Abhushan, T.G.Akshaya, T.G.Aspire, T.G.Solitaire, T.G.Lakevista, T.G.Epitome, T.G.Vajra and anyone who is interested in reality is free to speak to any of the owners there. You'll find the location of the respective properties on google maps. So do check out the projects before you say any useless and unrelated statements.

You are right. For more information about TG Developers. Please read our blog http://tgaabharan-review.blogspot.in and also read the reviews from the real owners of T. G Aabharan, TG Solitaire, TG Aabhushan etc. Recently builder is trying to post positive reviews in the name of his relatives and employess who has purchased flat from them. They are trying to push the negative reviews down by adding the positive reviews by fake accounts. Please visit all TG Developer's projects and find the reality with your own eyes. Do not fall prey for the false promises of Mr. Sandeep.

Avoid .. they are big frauds .. court case is on for last 3 years on T G solitaire Apartment [Litigation; buider has hidden the facts from buyers & banks] ... Other project also I heard he is not providing complete paper. Please check the originals or else he may fool you by showing fake xerox papers. Just dont rely on banks like SBI, Jayanagar ... looks like he had a tie-up and they ignore all the legal issues .. dont know why ?
Hello Mr. Rakesh, T G Solitaire is an OC obtained property. Please let us know the source of this news about litigation and hidden facts. SBI is a nationalised bank and you're free to walk into Jayanagar branch and speak to them directly. Again Mr. Rakesh, please dont speak about the facts which you dont even know about.

All positive reviews are posted by the builder by some fake names or by using his employees / relatives names.
Hello, About the positive reviews, they're from the customers who have actually seen the property. You're also invited to visit any of our property. And you are free to speak to any of the customers there and ask them directly. The so called fake names can be seen on customer name board in the respective projects.
