Lotus Parkscape project is in hangs and there is a dispute going on between company owners which does not seems to ending in soon. So pls do not invest there, I am a investor in same property and invested in Feb 2014 and paid 20%, but still there is no sign of any construction or progress. Please add me to group.

I visit the builder office and they are ready to refund but need NOC from broker (investor clinic in my case) but they refused to pay interest.

Let's all join together to fight for interest . As per new bill builders will have to pay penalty.
Today I had visited Builder's Office and as per them If I apply for refund today then mimimum it will take 4 months to refund and they will not pay any interest.
