I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi all I too foolishly booked a flat in gruha kalyan for 50k. The next day I want and cancelled it. They took my cancellation form and told me that they'll need more 7 days to process it after which they'll give me the cheque for booking amount. A question to anyone who have delt with them., have you received your money back after 75 days. Very very much worried....
F**king B**ches.. i have done cancellation on 27th may...till now i have not received the post dated cheq....mutiple times visited to their ofc and mutilpe calls to them...all are false statements and fake promises.....It is one of the Fraud company

@Monica , pay as less as u can and remaining amount in bank EMI, then u will be more safe,
Just say the GK name to Bank they will reject the loans,

Lavendor property is in dispute, they are not going to continue the project, just tell them u want to cancel they immediately shift u to Lotus,
Vinutha the Manager will demand u 5L , then she will come down to 3L,
Shreenivasa Murthy.....you are a employee of Gruha kalyan...what you will do with customer number...please speck with your employee and co-ordinate to solve the concerns. Don't blame on customers.

does anyone know what can be done legally if the money is not paid back within 75 days, can the customers be protected if something goes wrong, is there a way, does anyone know?? I saw so many who had paid way more than I did, feeling bad for all of them - can something be done to ensure customers do not get cheated with their money......
I have done the cancellation on last month 27 May till now i have not received the Post dated cheque...they were telli MD madam i snot available , she has to provide her signature on cancellation form and she has to give post dated cheque.......they were all dabba employess ...no common sense at all.....its big fraud. they were telling rules to customer but not for them....stupid people

I’d strongly recommend to stay away from these fraudsters. Couple of my close friends have had horrible experience with them. Initially these Gruha Kalyan folks would impress you with their false promises and offers. And once you fall into their trap, they’d trouble you constantly for the payment. And once you make the required payment after their constant nagging, they won’t even bother to answer your calls. My friends didn’t get their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which GK had promised them to provide once they make 50% of the total cost. Almost all of their executives and seniors are a bunch of impostors and fraudsters. I came to know about four of their prominent persons who are totally into duping people:
Narendra (+918123181600), Manohar (+917022971985), Jeetendra, Mahipal; and a CRM whose name is Suman Chaurasia. Narendra and Jeetendra are a bunch of b******* and M************. And that Suman is one hell of an a****** and s***.
So think twice before even contacting them.
Wat the F**K Murthy...what you guys will solve...with all fake promises...its useless to discuss in office

please dont invest on Gruha Kalyan, they are one of big faker and fraud. I asked for a approval of property in hebbal area in Jan 16, they said they will get the approval in one and half month it is in process. again I asked the same question on mar 2016 and again I got the same response. to check it again recently I gave a call and I got the same responce. They are cheaters. with low budget they are taking customer money and investing in other propeties and making profit. DO NOT TRUST GRUHA KALYAN and SAVE YOUR SELF and YOUR HARD EARN MONEY.

All fake promises are providing the Gruha kalyan Employee.....worst scenario i have faced it.
