Hi my name is Vishal Goel i have booked a 2BHK flat in lotus parkscape in march 2014 and paid 20 % till 2015. now on 17 nov 2016 i got a call from builders office informing me that the project has been scrapped they are asking to sign cancellation form on their conditions to give refund of paid amount without any interest or penalty which is not acceptable to me Please add me to the whatsapp group to fight together. I mailed thme clearly that I need it in writing/mail stating that builder is not able to move ahead with project hence its builder's failure not customer's.
