Today I have received one letter from Shrachi Group regarding on the sub:REVISION OF RATE IN RESPECT OF LIG/MIG UNIT , GREENWOOD NEST. The letter is attached with Govt. Notification with standard built up area of the Flat alongwith Maximum sale rate /sq ft of the flat. They want my confirmation of acceptance as per new Notification.
