GINA SHALOM REVIEW
Q: I am planning to purchase a flat in Gina Shalom. Marketing person claims that kaveri water provision already provided and flats are getting water also. Can any one knows about that? I am so surprised to see two common walls for every block except corner flats. Most of the A tier builders provide with the only one common wall. I am not sure will it bothers our daily life

Do you feel the cost is at little higher side? Also no one had throw any light on the common wall issue Balaji has mentioned.
