I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

I have spoken to them and most of their land is not registered to them and I wanted to book Domlur Project but they denied to show any proof of OC - Occupied Certificate. They claim we'll give the documents after booking amount. First See the land acquisition certificate OC - then only book it. you never know later they can run also and till now they have not handover a single project to customer. Hi, yes you are right they do marketing for many developers and now they are coming up with a project called "Lotus". They are planning to launch the project within 2 months. About reliability it is very difficult to say now a days. I would suggest you that if you are planning to book a property in this project check all the documents carefully.
