Hi Pratyaksha, I am relocating to Gurgaon from Pune and planning to rent a 2BHK flat. We are 5 members in family including my parents. What will be the rent and security deposit? How is the locality of Sector-52? Is the locality good enough for family living?
it is a wonderful locality .. gated complex with all am,enities, metro station , school hospitals all within a km radius

Sorry, i forgot to ask few queries such as locality connectivity and the basic amenities nearby. Is there any nearby school? Secondly, i have my own four wheeler, so is there any issue with the car parking? What will be the maintenance charges for a 2BHK Sushant Estate, Sector-52, Gurgaon?
There are many schools nearby. The place isvvery centrally located and about 0.75 -1 km from Huda city Central metro. Earmarked open car parking within campus. 24 hour security and gate complex.maintenance charges are Rs 2.05 per sqft
